Our Compassionate Vets

Dr. J. Glenn Brewer

Dr. Brewer graduated from the University of Georgia. After completing an internship in Manhattan, NY, and owning Clearwater Animal Hospital, Dr. Brewer and his wife Mary decided to settle with their young family in DeLand.

Dr. Jackie Garcia

Dr. Garcia was born and raised in Ormond Beach, Florida. She studied at Florida State University and graduated in 2016 with her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. She then attended St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine in the beautiful island of Grenada, West Indies. Her interests include primary care, dermatology, and building strong veterinary-patient-client relationships. Dr. Garcia grew up riding horses and her family owns a quarter horse named Rodney. She now spends most of her spare time with her two black labs Drake and Remington and loves being out on the water whether on boat or surfboard. She also has three black cats Gomez, Mr. Kitty and Renegade.

Dr. Brittany Sanchez

Dr. Sanchez was born in Huntington Beach, CA but raised in Clermont, FL. She studied at UCF and graduated in 2013 with her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. She then became a flight attendant for a major airline to travel the world and experience new cultures and meet new people. After traveling for a few years, she continued to Veterinary school in St.Kitts & Nevis at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical training with an interest in primary care. She then moved to Deland to start her career in Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Sanchez believes in building strong and healthy relationships to give the best care. Dr.Sanchez spends most of her free time adventuring and hanging out with her daughter. She has a dog names Ralfe, who was born in St. Kitts, and a cat named Bruno.

Dr. Kim Roellke

Dr. Roellke graduated from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, and practiced for several years in Millbrook, NY. Her husband recently became President of Stetson University.

Dr. Katherine Manning

Dr. Manning is a native of DeLand. She completed undergraduate studies at UCF and graduated from the University of Tennessee. She has practiced in Central Florida and lives in Debary.
